Just an update…. I have now been off the meds for about a year and a half. My anxiety is the best it has been in years and I have a lovely little boy of 6 months. Pregnancy helped me face my fear of coping without the meds. I was always so sure that without them I would have a mental breakdown. I’m still an anxious person and I still have panic attacks BUT it doesn’t rule my life anymore. I don’t have the answers on how to improve your anxiety but I am proof that even after years of struggling it can become manageable again.
